How to Request a Return or Refund

To initiate a return or refund, please email us at info@harlocoffeeroasters.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

In your email, include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief explanation of why you’d like to return the item

What Happens Next

Once your request is reviewed and approved:

  • You do not need to return the coffee bag

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method

If you'd prefer an exchange, let us know and we’ll ship the replacement to your desired location once confirmed.
